Product information:
The items on the site are from the NOS (new old stock) point of view, this means that the item is unused but has been in stock for many years. This may mean that the original packaging is damaged or missing. We will try as much as possible to write the original item number on it, but since these are old items, it can be a challenge to find them. We will try to describe the item to the best of our ability so that the buyer can verify that the item is what they want, if in doubt, please contact us and we will be happy to help with further information and pictures.
We do not divide original and non-original goods, so the part in the picture only shows which part it is, as there may be several producers of the same part, the picture may show a different producer than the one you receive, the part is still the same.
We check the condition of the goods before they come into stock, but it can be difficult to check that the item is 100% as it should be, We therefore ask you to compare the purchased item with the old part and ensure that it fits and is fully functional before assembly. In the event of defects, please report them to our support before assembly and it will either be replaced or the buyer will get the money back. If you incorrectly assemble an item that is clearly defective, we do not compensate for consequential damage during assembly or when assembling a damaged item. We only cover indirect damage that results from mandatory Danish legislation.
Payment:
MobilePay, Bank transfer, Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, Visa Electron, ViaBill, or contact payment upon collection.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is shipped.
When making a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
Delivery times:
Shipping is done with PostNord or GLS, the price depends on weight and item but starts from 46,-, see estimate in the shopping cart.
The items are delivered under normal circumstances within 1 - 3 business days.
There may be days with extended delivery time, e.g. in connection with holidays and public holidays. If delivery time is extended, it will be stated at the top of the page and at checkout when selecting shipping.
Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@bozz.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returns:
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You will be responsible for returning the item and will be liable for any damage that may occur during transport.
Condition of the item when you return it:
If the item has lost value due to use other than that which was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you will only be entitled to a partial refund of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases this may mean that you will only be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs. To ensure that you receive a full refund, you must handle the item in the same way as you would normally be allowed to do in a physical store selling the same item. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a loss of value for the item.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that it has been returned.

Complaints:
According to the Danish Sales Act, AutoBozz.dk provides a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (defects). The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly arising from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.
You are requested to present the invoice to AutoBozz.dk in connection with the use of the complaint.
Any complaint about defects in delivered products must be made to AutoBozz.dk within a reasonable time after the Buyer has discovered the defect, otherwise the Buyer loses his right to claim the defect.
You are requested to state and show upon request what the defect consists of.
If the complaint is justified, we will send a return label for returning your order, otherwise we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs without a valid receipt for return.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@bozz.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
In order to be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
